• The lake maintenance company treatment schedule & process is as follows: will inspect and treat (as needed) on a two (2) times per month basis during the months of May through September.

• The lake maintenance company treated the lake for algae on Mon-5/18/2026 and Tue-4/28/2026.

• The Lake Managers conducted a lake inspection on Sat-5/2/2026.

• Previous maintenance includes: weed & algae treatment on Thu-5/15/2025, dyed and treated the lake for weeds & algae on Thu-5/1/2025, dyed and treated the lake on Wed-7/24/2024;  maintenance & dye treatment on Mon-6/24/2024, Wed-4/17/2024, weed & algae treatment on Mon-9/25/2023, algae treatment on Thu-9/7/2023, dying of the lake and weed & algae treatment on Tue-8/22/2023 and maintenance visit & algae treatment conducted on Thu-8/3/2023 and other algae treatments were completed on Wed-7/19/2023 and Fri-6/30/2023. 

• The HOA conducted a lake inspection on Thu-6/15/2023 and the lake maintenance company assessed the lake condition on Mon-6/12/2023.

As a reminder - all Lakeowners must purchase their watercraft stickers by 5/1/2026. Owners are not permitted to operate any watercraft on Five Oaks Frankfort lake unless proper insurance documentation has been submitted to the property management company, and 2026 lake stickers have been purchased for all watercraft.  Note - all lake sticker proceeds go directly to the lake maintenance fund.
